Does ankibuki.com deliver internationally?
Yes. We deliver internationally/worldwide with our logistic partners. You may select your preferred shipping mode on the checkout page. While placing your order, the shipping rate calculator will automatically show the shipping fee applied to your selection before completing the order on the site.
Can I pay with my international card and get the order shipped to India address?
Absolutely yes. We can easily do that. simply fill your shipping and billing details accordingly on checkout page and pay though your international card. Our team shall do the needful. If there is any specific query simply email us at support@ankibuki.com
How much are the delivery/shipping charges?
ankibuki.com provides free shipping through-out India on all items for order above Rs.1000 !! Orders below Rs.1000 will be charged as per shipping partners. What is delivery timeline?
When will my products be delivered after i have placed my order?
We only sell the stuff which is available with us in warehouse. We maintain 100% inventory. What you see on the site catalogue is stocked with us. Usually your order will be delivered within 3-7 days of being dispatched from our warehouse depending on the location. When order is dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation mail with tracking details. We ship the order from our warehouse within 24-48 hours of placing the order and confirmation of payment mode selected.
What is minimum order value?
There is no minimum order value.
How will the delivery be done?
We process all deliveries preferably through our logistic partners. If you need your parcel to be shipped by any other logistic company of your choice please reach out to us.
What about warranty and hidden costs (sales tax, octroi etc.)?
There are no extra taxes, hidden costs or additional shipping charges. The price mentioned on the website is the final price. What you see is what you pay. Our prices are all inclusive. All taxes are included with the list prices.
Can I change my shipping address after I have placed an order?
